Pumpkin Fluff

Got this recipe at my WW meeting today.

1 cup fat-free cool whip
4 servings sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
15 oz canned pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup fat-free milk

Mix all ingredients together in a blender except the cool whip. Add cool whip to create “mousse” consistency.

Makes 6 half cup servings, 1 point each.
