A couple of days ago, I decided to go back to my WW meeting. I loved my leader and the group of girls at my meeting. I chose to go back to meetings since I have been so lacking in the motivation department! I have been back on track for two whole days!! WAHOO!!
I hadn’t realized how much I had missed my meetings until I walked in the door and my leader, Stephanie, said “Welcome Home, we have missed you!” And then within seconds of being in the door, I was hugged by three of “my girls”!!
Before the meeting I weighed-in on my scale at home and it was 197.2 but at WW the scale said (yeah I know it didn’t talk to me) 199.4
What number do I go with??
If I go by my scale I lost 1.2 pounds but if I go by WW scale I gained .8 (yes that is 8/10 of a pound)!
So what number do I go by?
Help me out here!!
Weekend goals (outside of my basic 4 daily goals):
- Take my measurements
- measure all food
What scale did you use last week? That is the one I would go by. If you plan on continuing WW, then use this week’s measurement at WW to determine your loss next week.
Thanks Steve,
I am logging the WW # into my WW tracker. On my progress page I am going to put both numbers. AND, for now, while I am attending WW meetings I will use their number and try not to look at my scale very often!
Have a great weekend!

Where will you consistently weigh-in on a weekly basis? I would go with the scale where you will be consistent with weighing in on each week.
Thanks Ernise! Will be using the WW number from now on! Even though I hated using a number that shows a gain! 😦
