I am a real woman living in the real world and I am really busy. I am a 31 year old mom of 10 year old daughter. My family is small – me, the husband and the kid – small, but perfect! I am currently on a crazy journey to lose weight (100 pounds to be exact) and gain health and maybe my sanity.

I blog because I want to tell my story; I want to share my journey and if I can be motivation or inspiration to one woman to get healthy then I am a big winner.

I am always on the lookout for products that will make my life easier. Or healthier. Or more fun.
